Returns and complaints

In order to make a complaint, follow the steps below.

1. Complete the complaint form

Fill out the return / complaint form and attach it to the return shipment. You can also send it by e-mail. If you submit a complaint only by e-mail, remember to include data that will allow us to identify you.

2. Clean the product, if it has been used

If the product has been used, remember to clean it very well so that it does not show signs of wear.

3. Complaint shipment

Send a clean product with the entire set of accessories received to the address shown in the complaint form.

4. Damage in transit

If the product has been damaged in transit, you do not need to fill out a complaint form. Contact us at [email protected] for more information.
